Yep, been there, done that. A while ago I went riding for the first time in a couple of year and oh my god, the pain!

It's just so not fair. You put in all that trouble to teach your body that yes, it can actually go riding withing hurting, but you let it slip for even a year and that self same body decides that riding is going to hurt like hell.

Not fair.
