Normally there should be some November-related angst here, because flailing helplessly is my thing in a way productive activities aren't, but it's not good for much beside the odd LJ post material.

Instead I'm posting to say I'm coughy and feverish and my joints ache. I've caught symptoms! Whatever shall I do.

What I won't do is flail, because, hurt. (I've got the helplessness thing down pat, though.)

Well, my plan was to try and get better with medication, but somehow the idea of little viruses on meth, having an all-night techno party in my sinuses only to be rounded up by my macrophages come morning while they're drowsy from withdrawal, does have its comedic merit. :D

Well, on one hand, dying is all the rage this year, everybody's doing it, and sometimes a guy's got to keep up with trends. But on the other hand, I understand that afterward you're not allowed to have beer and play video games, and I'm rather fond of both, so all in all the value proposition is not all that convincing. Later, maybe!

Eh, not sure it's swine flu. For all I know it's just a bad cold, none of the aforementioned symptoms is extremely pronounced. So I won't mock the non-immunized because for all I know I'm one of the lot IN ADDITION to being sick on something else. :D

I'm a dragon and I go 'mrah mrah' while making huge and slightly moist eyes. I already get coddled rotten. ^^ No, if anything, the timing sucks because mah girl had a bad day on duty yesterday and I should have been able to pamper her today instead of lying sprawled on the couch all day, unshaven and bleary-eyed. I'll have to make up for it when I'm back in shape!
